Refund policy

All items may be exchanged up to 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping charges may be incurred. Items will not be eligible for exchange if they smell like cigarette smoke, have been damaged, or have been washed. Items must be in new condition.

If you receive the item and it is damaged or incorrect the item will be exchanged with no additional costs. Please email amber@juanlobotequila.com for more information and instructions on our exchange policy.
